An Emblematic Story

The film follows the Yawanawá tribe as they face losing their beloved elder Tata. Bear witness to Tata sharing his teachings until his final moments – hoping to ensure the transfer of traditions and knowledge to the next generation. 

All around the world cultures are losing their elders while struggling to recover and revive their ancient languages and traditions before they are lost forever. The film aims to enlighten audiences to the vital need to preserve, protect and support the continuation of indigenous peoples and knowledge.
